Fusilli di Felitto is a rare, handmade egg pasta from the small village of Felitto in the Cilento region of Campania, Italy. Unlike typical spiral supermarket fusilli, these are long, hollow noodles resembling thin bucatini. They are rolled around a thin metal skewer, creating a distinct central hole.
